Denim - Worn Blue - 24"x12.25"x1.5mm Leatherette with adhesive (Twill weave texture)

This Worn Blue Denim-colored PU Leatherette features our exclusive PATCH-FUSE adhesive already applied. It has a twill weave texture and measures about 1.5mm in thickness prior to adhesive application. Made with two layers of sturdy fabric backing. For double layer backing leatherette we recommend reducing the air assist to help prevent splitting while cutting. Please note that optimal settings depend on your machine’s wattage.

For common application methods, use these settings:

Always use a foam silicone or silicone cover sheet.

 With a Hotronix 360 IQ, set the top heat to 275°F, bottom heat to 300°F, and pressure between 5 and 7 for 30 seconds.

For flat presses with bottom heat, use the same settings as the Hotronix 360 IQ listed above.

For flat presses with top heat only, apply medium pressure at 320°F for 10 seconds using a cover sheet (a thin silicone sheet works best). Then, turn the garment inside out and press again at 320°F for 30 seconds to ensure a strong bond.
