aHigh quality custom leatherette patches made using our exclusive Laser Leatherette, backed with Patch-Fuse adhesive. Choose your size, shape, and quantity then upload your own image. We will send you a mock-up within 24 hours. Once the order has been approved we typically ship custom orders within 3 business days.

For common application methods, use these settings:

Always use a foam silicone or silicone cover sheet.

Hotronix 360 IQ, set the top heat to 275°F, bottom heat to 320°F, and pressure between 5 and 7 for 30 seconds. If you are pre heating/ pressing your hats before patch application you can reduce the pressing time to 20 seconds.

Flat presses with bottom heat, use the same settings as the Hotronix 360 IQ listed above.

Flat presses with top heat only, apply medium pressure at 320°F for 10 seconds using a cover sheet (a thin silicone sheet works best). Then, turn the garment inside out and press again at 320°F for 30 seconds to ensure a strong bond.
