High quality custom made leatherette patches made with our exclusive Laser Leatherette backed with Patch-Fuse adhesive. Choose your size, quantity, shape and upload your own image. We sill send you a mock-up within 24 hours. We typically ship custom orders within 3 business days after the mock-up is approved.

For common application methods, use these settings:

Always use a foam silicone or silicone cover sheet.

 With a Hotronix 360 IQ, set the top heat to 275°F, bottom heat to 300°F, and pressure between 5 and 7 for 30 seconds.

For flat presses with bottom heat, use the same settings as the Hotronix 360 IQ listed above.

For flat presses with top heat only, apply medium pressure at 320°F for 10 seconds using a cover sheet (a thin silicone sheet works best). Then, turn the garment inside out and press again at 320°F for 30 seconds to ensure a strong bond.
